This week, the Medina County Board of REALTORS® hosted our annual RPAC Auction at Blue Heron Event Center, and it was such a fun and successful evening! I had the opportunity to attend with my daughter, Kelsey Geiger, and we truly enjoyed spending time with so many REALTORS®, affiliates, business partners, and friends from across Medina County.
One of the highlights of the evening was watching Ken Gray serve as auctioneer. He brought so much energy, humor, and excitement to the event and did a fantastic job keeping the crowd engaged throughout the night.

As the Legislative Chair for the Medina County Board of REALTORS®, RPAC is something that is very important to me personally. RPAC, which stands for REALTORS® Political Action Committee, helps support candidates and legislation that protect private property rights and promote homeownership. The work RPAC does helps ensure REALTORS® continue to have a voice on issues that impact our clients, our businesses, and our communities at the local, state, and national levels.
Many people do not realize just how much legislation can affect real estate, property owners, buyers, sellers, landlords, and communities. RPAC helps advocate for policies that support fair housing, private property rights, strong communities, and a healthy real estate market. Events like this auction help raise the funds necessary to continue those efforts.
The evening was filled with laughter, great conversations, friendly competition during the bidding, and a shared commitment to supporting the real estate industry and the communities we serve. It was wonderful to see everyone come together for such a meaningful cause while also having a great time.

A huge thank you goes out to everyone who donated auction items, attended the event, placed bids, volunteered, and helped organize the evening. Your support truly makes a difference.

I am incredibly proud to be part of such a dedicated and passionate REALTOR® community here in Medina County. Nights like this are a reminder that REALTORS® do so much more than buy and sell homes. We advocate for homeowners, support our communities, and work together to protect the future of homeownership.
Thank you again to the Medina County Board of REALTORS® for hosting another fantastic RPAC event!
