Today marks 15 years since I received my real estate license.

Fifteen years ago, I had no idea what I was stepping into. I did not know how many homes I would walk through, how many contracts I would negotiate, or how many families I would have the honor of guiding through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.

But I knew this. I wanted to help people.

From New Agent to Trusted Advisor

When I started my career in Medina County real estate in 2011, I was learning everything from the ground up. MLS systems. Contracts. Negotiations. Inspections. Closings.

I remember the excitement of my first listing. The nerves at my first closing. The moments where things did not go perfectly and I had to figure it out.

My first listing: 888 Revere Circle, Medina

Real estate is not just about property. It is about people. Over the years, I have learned that long term success in this business is not about volume. It's about trust.

Today, the majority of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals. That means more to me than any ranking or statistic ever could.

The Market Has Changed and So Have I

In 15 years, I have navigated shifting markets, changing interest rates, a global pandemic, record low inventory, multiple offer situations, inspection negotiations, and yes, plenty of appraisal drama.

Through every season of the market, one thing has stayed the same. People need someone steady.

They need someone honest.
Someone strategic.
Someone calm under pressure.

I have worked hard to become that kind of REALTOR in Medina County.

A National Spotlight Moment

One unexpected highlight along the way was being featured on HGTV House Hunters. Watching clients search for their perfect home on national television was such a surreal and memorable experience.

Over the years, I have also had the honor of being featured in two different magazines, highlighting both my real estate work and my commitment to the Medina County community. Those moments were meaningful not because of recognition, but because they reflected the relationships, consistency, and reputation built over time.

But even with national exposure, my heart has always stayed local. My passion is serving Medina County and the communities that shape our everyday lives.

Leadership and Community Matter

This career has allowed me to serve beyond just transactions.

I have had the privilege of serving as President of the Medina County Board of REALTORS and being named REALTOR of the Year. I have served on committees, mentored other agents, and advocated for our industry at a professional level.

But what matters most is serving this community.

Medina County is not just where I work. It is home. It's where I met and married my husband. It is where my daughters grew up. It is where we have built our life. It is where I get to help others build theirs.

There is nothing better than handing someone keys and knowing they are stepping into a new chapter.

What Fifteen Years Has Taught Me

Real estate has taught me that discipline matters more than motivation. Systems create smoother transactions. Reputation is built slowly and protected fiercely. Not every deal is meant to close. And the right clients always find you when you operate with integrity.

It has also taught me resilience.

There were years of personal loss. Years of stretching and growing. Years where I had to level up in ways I did not expect. Every season shaped me into the agent I am today.

I am calmer.
More confident.
More strategic.
More protective of my time and energy.

I do not chase business. I attract it.

Create the patterns that give you the results you want. That mindset has carried me for fifteen years.

Thank You

If you have trusted me to sell your home, help you buy, answer late night questions, walk a lot line, calculate a net sheet, or navigate a complicated negotiation, thank you.

You are the reason this milestone means so much.

Fifteen years in Medina County real estate.

And I truly feel like I am just getting started.

Here is to continued growth, continued service, and helping more families live the Ohio dream.
