In May of 2025, I had the incredible honor of being named Realtor of the Year by the Medina County Board of REALTORS®.
It's an award I'm deeply grateful for, not because of the title itself, but because of what it represents.

This recognition comes from my peers, fellow real estate professionals who understand the long hours, the behind-the-scenes work, the market challenges, and the responsibility we carry when guiding people through one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions of their lives. To be acknowledged by them is truly humbling.

Nathan Stallard, M.C. Real Estate
2025 President, Medina County Board of Realtors
For me, real estate has never been about volume for the sake of volume. It's about doing things the right way, even when no one is watching.
Serving Northeast Ohio homeowners means:
Pricing homes strategically, not optimistically
Communicating honestly, even when conversations are hard
Staying ahead of market shifts so my clients aren't surprised
Advocating fiercely during negotiations
Treating every listing as if it were my own home
Winning Realtor of the Year reflects years of commitment to professionalism, ethics, leadership, and service, values that directly benefit my clients, especially sellers navigating today's changing market.

Rob & Claudi Skidmore, Transfer Title Agency
I've built my career right here in Medina County, and my involvement goes far beyond listing and selling homes. I've been honored to serve in leadership roles within our local Board of Realtors and across the community — roles that keep me informed, connected, and deeply engaged with what's happening locally.
That involvement matters for home sellers.
Understanding zoning, development trends, neighborhood dynamics, local ordinances, and buyer demand allows me to position homes effectively, not just for today's market, but with an eye on what buyers are responding to right now in Medina, Chippewa Lake, Seville, Westfield Center, and surrounding areas.
If you're thinking about selling your home, this recognition should give you confidence. Not because awards sell homes, but because experience, strategy, and trust do.
This honor represents:
Proven local expertise
Strong professional relationships that benefit negotiations
A calm, steady hand during complex transactions
A commitment to protecting your equity
A reputation built on results, not hype
Your home deserves more than a sign in the yard and a hopeful price. It deserves a tailored strategy, honest guidance, and a REALTOR® who understands how to navigate both the numbers and the emotions that come with selling.
I'm incredibly thankful to the Medina County Board of Realtors, my colleagues, my clients, and my community for this recognition. Realtor of the Year is an honor I will always carry with pride — and one that reinforces my commitment to continue showing up, staying sharp, and serving my clients at the highest level.

If you're considering selling your home in Medina County, I would be honored to guide you through the process with the care, integrity, and expertise this award represents.

I nominated Joni Rogers for Affiliate of the Year and SHE WON! Joni, with Transfer Title Agency, is truly an asset to the Medina County Board of Realtors and to our real estate community as a whole.
