Today marks 14 years since I became a REALTOR®, and I couldn't be more excited to announce a big change—I'm MOVING out of my home office and into my OWN PERSONAL OFFICE in downtown Medina! I'll be right in the front office of the Professional Building behind Cool Beans Coffee Shop, with a beautiful view of the Historic Medina Square.

Over the past few months, I've been working diligently on my business and marketing plan, reflecting on where I see my business going and how I can elevate the services I provide to my clients. I have always prided myself on building strong relationships, but now, I want to take that to the next level. Having my own office in the heart of Medina will allow me to create a welcoming space where clients can drop in for real estate advice, consultations, or even just to chat over a cup of coffee. This visibility and accessibility will help me stay even more connected to the community, fostering relationships not just with my clients but with local businesses and residents who may need my services in the future.

For 10 years, I had an office at M.C. Real Estate's Medina location on E Washington Street. When we bought our home in Chippewa Lake, I had a dedicated home office space, and it seemed like a natural move. At the time, Matt doubted I'd be productive working from home, joking that I'd be too distracted by laundry, playing with the dogs, or watching the boats on the lake. But I proved him wrong—I doubled my business in my first year working from home!

So why move now, when my business has thrived from home? Because this new office gives me an opportunity to engage with even more people, increasing my visibility and presence in the community. This is more than just an office—it's a billboard with a view! People walking by will see my name, recognize my brand, and know where to find me if they're thinking about buying or selling a home. I'll be able to host events, provide walk-in consultations, and be a true resource for those in the community looking for guidance in their real estate journey.

Along with my new office, I've made another exciting change—I've updated my domain name from WelcomeHomeMedina.com to LivingTheOhioDream.com. Originally, I chose my first domain to highlight my focus on Medina County, but over time, I realized that it was limiting me. While I do specialize in Medina County, I work with clients throughout Northeast Ohio, often traveling within an hour of Medina Square to help people buy and sell homes. My goal is to assist my clients in achieving their dream lifestyle, wherever that may be. 'Living The Ohio Dream' represents exactly what I strive to do—help people find the perfect home, in the perfect location, to live their best life.
